Integrated Pain Consultants (North Phoenix)

I always loved the care I received here and Rick was a pleasure to speak with at front desk. On Thursday, 02/07/2026 I received my automated confirmation message for my appointment on 02/10/26. I had called on Thursday why my PA for a procedure was so delayed as usually everything went so smoothly. I was told it was getting referred out to Honor Health and I assumed it was an insurance issue. On Sunday 02/08/2026 I received an automated message with some really devastating news that Intergrated Pain Consultants was going to be permanently closed as per direct and given a number to call and I have to start from scratch. The care here was top notch and I moved a long to the new location even when the 19th ave location was less than 2 miles from my home. I am really dissapointed that this place didn't survive. Wishing Rick and the providers all the best and hope things will move smoothly for you. These are some of the best in town.

Aaron is THE best! He is kind and very professional! My mother is his patient, I take her to her appointments. Aaron is the best in that office. My mom and I highly recommend Aaron Rodarte!! My mom has been going to Aaron for 25 years, she followed Aaron wherever He went. Thank you Aaron for taking great care of my mom!

Staff always warm and friendly. Rarely have to wait past appointment time. Aaron extremely professional and treats patients with dignity. Very knowledgeable and suggests different treatments for my chronic pain. I feel we work as a team. I have followed him from another practice and two other locations. As a retired nurse I’m rather picky and Aaron gets A+ in all areas. I travel almost an hour to see him. That is how much I value his expertise.
