I was referred to Invictus by a friend who had recently had back surgery done by DR. Wilson and had great success. I am having surgery on the 7th of January 2025 also by DR. Wilson. The office staff at Invictus has been absolutely great very helpful in every way especially getting back to me on a timely basis and great communication. They have gone over and above there duties especially Brandi Reed and Harley to make sure I'm set for surgery billing /payments as I am self pay. I have never had neck surgery before but I feel at peace if his office staff is like this I feel confident his surgery staff will be even better. Will write another review after surgery. Very organized and friendly staff. Dr. Wilson, listens to you and makes you feel very comfortable. Between Dr. Wilson and his PA (Alexis) they explained exactly what each step of your procedure will be.
