My experience here has been brief and frustrating. My husband and I are trying to conceive and after a recent miscarriage, I wanted to seek care from an ND to look at our fertility more naturally. I wish I would’ve gone anywhere else. The doctors at the clinic are nice but the policies are so focused on the office I feel like they don’t care about the patient at all. When you spend over $400 out of pocket for a new patient visit, there’s an expectation to me of white glove service. Instead, I’m met with limitations - you can only message the doctor 5 times between appointments and responses like “thank you” count towards the limit. They have it noted that this messaging feature is special because you can’t normally message your doctor but every other healthcare provider I see has this feature, with no limitations, and allows me to use my insurance. They’re doing it worse than conventional medicine, not better. The ND I saw here recommended another doctor in their facility help my husband get off his testosterone replacement while we’re trying to conceive (her recommendation was that he gets off of it). He had his appointment, the doctor said his SA is fine (it’s not, he’s lost half his sperm count in 4 months), he doesn’t need to come off testosterone (despite that widely being the recommendation across conventional and naturopathic medicine) and all he did was recommend supplements. You can buy their recommended supplements from FullScript and they offer a generous 5% discount while keeping 20% profit. The other healthcare provider I’ve seen who uses FullScript gives you a 25% discount and doesn’t keep the profit. They are already making so much money per visit this feels especially frustrating and made me want to buy my supplements elsewhere. Then, my husband had a 20 minute phone call follow up appointment scheduled post lab work. The lab work was not yet complete and when I tried to cancel inside their 48 hour notice period, we were charged $50. I completely understand a fee when the patient is taking up extensive chair time for the provider but this was a 20 minute phone call. They do have an appeal form you can complete to waive it but I don’t have an answer yet and assume after posting this review I likely won’t get it waived. I didn’t want to wait to post because I wanted others to know about this experience. The last straw for me this morning was calling in and asking if I can add a nutrient panel to my upcoming bloodwork. The receptionist on the phone told me she couldn’t order that (obviously that’s not what I was asking for) and that I’d need to message the doctor (remember, there’s a limit to messages). I told her that I was calling because I was hoping the someone could discuss this with my doctor and she said no, I needed to send a message. I’ve worked in medical offices most of my career and have never come across a facility where the staff refuses to talk to each other and puts 100% of that burden on the patient. I can’t imagine one of my patients calling with a question and saying “No, I won’t go ask but you can send a message but don’t send too many messages cause then we’ll force you to come in and have an appointment which you’ll also pay for”. I cancelled all remaining appointments and will seek care elsewhere. I cannot understand how a business that operates on a cash model is this unhelpful to the people paying. Even the receptionists don’t sound friendly on the phone which I do think matters because they’re usually the first and most frequent impression your patients have. Anyway - hopefully the detail was helpful. I’d recommend seeking care from another source.

I been with this practice since our IVF 1st transfer which was successful! Been seeing Doctor Laura Rues with our 1st transfer and she was wonderful! Now we are doing IVF transfer 2 and came back to this practice. Doctor Laura Rues is no longer practicing acupuncture but she hired Doctor Christina Dziubinski. Doctor Dziubinski was great at my 1st appointment but unfortunately she didn't show up to my 2nd appointment. I was very impressed how Doctor Laura Rues handled this! she called me right away and offered to do acupuncture herself! The 5 star review is for Doctor Laura Rues because she is amazing!

Dr. Rachel Yeager was an answer to my many prayers. I have struggled with my health for years and she brought answers and healing. I’m so grateful for the time I got to spend with her as my doctor. She is so compassionate and kind and was never impatient with answering my (many) questions. I’m so sad to see her go, but incredibly grateful for the time I did get with her. God bless you, Dr. Yeager. Thank you.♥️
