I have been a patient of Dr. Key and the Key Laser Institute since 2007 and always receive top quality care as well as tremendous results. Key Laser has always been on the cutting edge of the latest skin care treatments and procedures, and Dr. Key is the reason! He is extremely knowledgeable, very caring and works closely with his staff to ensure they are always learning, improving and growing in expertise right along with him. I believe in doing 1-2 procedures a year to improve and maintain the quality of my skin. My latest procedure was Ultra Clear with Coring. I was prepared for an extended healing period, however, much to my surprise I healed very rapidly and truly believe the procedure has erased 10 years from my face and neck. I'm extremely pleased with Dr. Hicks' treatment along with Dr. Key's oversight and direction during the procedure. I highly recommend Key Laser Institute to anyone looking for professional, state of the art environment, staff, and professionals to not only maintain but improve the quality of their skin!!

Was talked into a service I didn’t go in for. It was booked in less time to get any refund or research. They made it seem like the perfect solution, after leaving I read horrible things about the service and couldn’t get a refund for any of it. You are better off just going for lipo then seeking treatment that just covers up bigger issues here.

This laser institute is amazing. I was very impressed with the initial consult with Dr. Key, but all staff is professional and friendly. I had a series of 3 BBL treatments to help with rosacea. Polina greatly contributed to a great experience from start to finish. She was very detailed oriented and she tailored the treatment to my needs. She also recommended products that have helped me maintain the results.
