We were received with sincere kindness and humanitarian experience having a situation with a loved one so serious it was comforting and giving of all the staff case worker every one to embrace us let us ask questions and enlighten us to ask and see what is best for him. He got the best care from nurses and techs and RT and we witnessed it as his family. Some names Cristina, Beth, Miriam, Maria CM, the young RT girl, putting a hand expressing compassion. So many I can’t remember everyone’s name, thank you thank you. I have asked him how are you treated and he said NICE. The upper staffing Gaby Maria always tell me what was happening. I feel compelled to tell you bring your loved one here they will receive great care.

Don't bring children because one day it'll be okay for them to sit in the lobby and the next time they're not allowed. No where on the door does it say children are not allowed to be in the lobby while other family members visit someone in hospice. Was told by the guy up front that it's always been a rule but yet he didn't say anything the last time we were here. And can't forget the professionalism where it's okay for nurses to curse on shift. Hopefully the Healthcare and treatment is better for the patients than the way visitors are treated. Oh well.

My Wife is currently a patient here @ Kindred Healthcare for the past 2 months and has been treated professionally by the staff. The Staff has really worked on rehabilitated her and currently working on Her physically therapy and getting Her close to coming back home to Her Loved Ones ❤️

We were very apprehensive when choosing a place for my husband, as I'm sure most people are. And we did have a few bumps in the road but over all, the staff here has treated my husband amazing! They have taken such good care of him! In fact, they spoil him to some extent! There are people that stand out to us. But it wouldn't be fair to name names, because I know I would forget someone. And that would not sit well with us. We would want all of them named! They are all special to us! They have carved a place in our hearts. And even though my husband may not remember them all well. We surely will! We appreciate everything they do to make his stay here not just bearable but comfortable. Thank you so do very much!

Being in the hospital for an extended amount of time is never a wanted experience but our experience at Kindred was one that we will be thankful for. The staff, from the security at the front lobby, case workers, the cleaning staff, wound care, RT, PT, OT, ST and all of the techs, nurses, and providers were a blessing. We always felt like they had our patient's best interest at heart. We met so many lovely people that we would never had otherwise. To list them by name would be a long list and I'm sure we would inadvertently leave some one out and I couldn't bear to do that. The care our patient received was caring and professional. We don't want to have to come back, but we wouldn't hesitate if we needed to.
