Top notch! Senior Patient Advisor Douglas has so much knowledge when it comes to this therapy. Females can be much more complicated when it comes to hormone therapy which gave me so much anxiety. However, once I spoke to Douglas and started working with him my anxiety easily subsided. He was able to explain everything in a manner that was very easy for me to understand, and it is so refreshing to hear his passion for what he does. He’s made my experience so easy and simple.
