I had such a genuinely positive experience at KlearMind, and I want to especially acknowledge Shane for his care and professionalism. I came in specifically for a magnesium chloride infusion, and what stood out immediately was the respect and trust given around my own body and needs. So many medspa and IV clinics today try to push pre-set blends, unnecessary labs, or one-size-fits-all protocols — that was not the case here. Shane truly listened, honored what I shared, and met me exactly where I was. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and grounded throughout the entire process. He even took the time to listen when I explained which vein works best for me (which, in my experience, isn’t always respected elsewhere), and that made a huge difference in how comfortable the session was. What meant even more was the level of care afterward — the magnesium chloride was out for delivery, and Shane made a point to personally follow up and let me know as soon as it arrived so I could come in. That kind of thoughtfulness and follow-through is rare, and it really speaks to the integrity of this clinic. I had a wonderful experience with a vitamin IV, but was invited to give what I would consider to be an illegal IV to Shane, the employee of Dr. Aman. Shane said regularly gives ketamine transfusions and I do not trust this practice due to this illegal and unethical behavior. As someone that has worked in Healthcare for many years and took a Caregiving class at Centrak Orwgon Community College, I was flattered that Shane recognized that I would be capable of doing this and he also told me I "should be a nurse." Fter many years of training and as a person that owns their own companies, while I appreciate the compliments, perhaps I will wait until I am 55 to take him up on that further monetary investment in my career.
