Kloud Health

1/27/26 update: I went into Kloud Health last night for IV drip therapy and had another great experience. I was warmly greeted by Ashton, who welcomed me in, offered me a beverage, and got me comfortably settled while I waited to see Dr. Jady Pham. Dr. Pham is fantastic. He asks thoughtful questions about your goals and really takes the time to understand what you’re looking to get out of the treatment. Since I was focused on preventing getting sick, he suggested adding zinc to my IV for immune support, which I really appreciated. The rooms are comfortable, the team checks in on you throughout the visit, and the overall vibe is relaxed. The conversations honestly feel like you’re just hanging out with a friend, which makes the experience even better. I truly can’t say enough good things about Kloud Health. No matter who you work with, you’ll be taken care of and leave feeling great. 1/2/26 visit: I can’t say enough good things about Kloud Health. My elderly mother came down with a severe migraine, and I remembered Kloud Health from TikToks I had seen when they were first opening. Since I recently moved to Los Angeles, I decided to reach out and book an IV therapy appointment for her. We were running a little late, so I called to check in. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly warm and reassuring. She immediately told me not to worry and said I could pull right up front to drop my mom off. When we arrived, she was already standing at the door waiting for us. She greeted my mom with such kindness and care, brought her a large warm blanket right away since it was chilly and rainy, and helped her get settled in the reception area. While I parked the car, she stayed with my mom. When I came back, she was standing at the end of the hallway, escorting her to the restroom and waiting to help her back. That level of attentiveness really stood out. You could genuinely feel how much they care about the people who walk through their doors. I took a moment to look around since I had followed their build-out online, and the space is beautiful. It feels warm and welcoming while still being modern and minimalist. She thoughtfully chose a private room she felt would be most comfortable for my mom, got her set up, and shortly after, Dr. Pham came in. Dr. Pham was absolutely wonderful. He spoke to my mom with such a calm, caring tone, asked thoughtful questions to understand what she was experiencing, and clearly explained what the IV treatment would include and why. He stepped out briefly to prepare the IV, returned, and let us know he would run the drip a bit slower for her and check in regularly. He even brought me a more comfortable chair so I could sit with her during the treatment. He checked her blood pressure and heart rate, came back again to see how she was feeling, and did a final check once the drip was finished. You could visibly see the relief on my mom’s face, and she shared that the migraine had already eased more than she expected. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond. Dr. Pham’s bedside manner was exceptional, and every interaction felt thoughtful, patient, and genuinely kind. I wasn’t expecting anything negative, but I also wasn’t expecting this level of care. If you’re considering any of their treatments, I highly recommend Kloud Health. You’ll be treated with compassion, professionalism, and care in a truly beautiful setting.

I visited Kloud in early February for an IV vitamin treatment. Everything about the experience was nourishing. The staff were welcoming, and the environment is brand new, built out with style but warm at the same time. Most importantly, the treatment was energizing. One of the owners, Jady, took care of me and I was able to disconnect from life for about an hour. I’m thinking of doing the monthly subscription plan which looks like a deal and I’m definitely going back next week before I travel for the Immuno Support IV. Highly recommend.

I’ve walked by Kloud Health many times and finally stopped in after my pilates class for IV hydration. The space is beautifully designed and very relaxing. Will definitely be back to try out their other services!
