Scott knows how to do it right whether it’s the gym or the Wellness Studio. Clean, inviting, and never crowded. The cold/hot tub and sauna is perfect for all the recovery modalities necessary for my athletic demands. It feel like a spa! Very relaxing and everything I need to prepare/recover my body or just chill and hangout

I can’t say enough about Scott’s wellness center. He created an amazing environment that goes beyond just fitness, focusing on total well-being. This place has not only enhanced my physical strength but has also boosted my mental clarity and recovery. I’ve been using the cold plunge & sauna religiously & it’s now my new addiction. Highly recommend to anyone serious about taking their health and fitness to the next level. The facility is spotless, and the community is incredible 🔥🔥🔥

Morning cold plunging is better than coffee! Since starting at L1ft wellness studio my body has never felt better. The hot and cold recovery keep me refreshed, relaxed, and ready for my next training session. I love the neutral-modern, high quality and very clean cold/hot tub and saunas. The cool lighting and privacy make the atmosphere perfect. Everything is quality with the little details that matter like towels, personal items cubbies, greenery and key fob access. Theres a seperate room to cover compression therapy needs and two showers so it’s never congested. The owners, Scott and Paige, are amazing people, very knowledge, approachable and family friendly! Highly recommend.
