From the moment I was seen, it was clear that the providers are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely experienced with this condition. Their expertise — and even personal familiarity with alopecia — really showed in how thoughtfully they approached my diagnosis, treatment plan, and overall care. I never felt rushed or dismissed; instead, I felt truly heard and supported. They were able to perform steroid injections the same day, which immediately helped slow down my hair loss.
