I came into LAVI for a consultation and a B12 shot, and I had such a positive experience from start to finish. My nurse, Violetta Perez, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. She took the time to answer my questions and addressed a concern I’ve had with genuine care and professionalism. The front desk staff and the rest of the team were just as polite and welcoming. Everyone was very informative about the possible treatments and options available without making me feel pressured, which I really appreciated. The environment was clean, calming, and very professional. Overall, I felt heard, well taken care of, and confident in the information I received. I would definitely recommend LAVI to anyone looking for a supportive and informative consultation experience.
