I has my first of many more to come at this colonic and detox center and I feel a lot lighter. I really felt so comfortable and relaxed. Khia the owner was very helpful and explained everything about the process, dont wait run here you'll be glad you did! If I can give 6 stars I would!!!!!!!

The lady who runs it is helpful and responsive. My issue was with the facilities. There is only bathroom located within the colonic room. For infrared sauna clients, the bathroom is unavailable when there is an appotinment in progess which is a turn off if I need to leave my appointment sweaty. For some reason there was no red light in the sauna I was using. Maybe it needed to heat up. As a client it would have been nice to have the sauna ready to go rather than use part of my 30 minute/$60 session waiting for it to heat up. Infrared sauna places that Ive gone to it the past provide two towels - one for you to sit on the bench inside the sauna and one for your feet (given that most people use it unclothed). This place provided a square surgical cloth for the seat but nothing for the feet. Personally, not the relaxing infrared sauna experience I was hoping for.

I had an appointment at 4 pm Today , I'm an elevator mechanic and had to handle an entrapment at the last minute . I saw an email saying invoice from Lenox colonic and detox, checked my account saw that they charged me for $155 for missing the appointment and another 9.75 for a service fee for a service that I NEVER RECEIVED. They initially charged me $40 (non -refundable) which I'm OK with for booking the appointment, I tried calling after I finished with the elevator entrapment and it goes straight to voicemail, since I saw that I had 2 missed calls from them and again unable to call or reach them. These people are crooks! I've never visited or been to the establishment in person and for them to charge me a fee when ,Ive never signed paperwork, or received any type of notice saying If I was late I would be charged. KIA left me a voicemail saying what would be my ETA but guess what I’m still unable to get a hold of the office. This establishment is pure garbage and I will make sure I let everyone I know to never come here
