I recently visited Lighten Up Energy Spa and instantly fell in love with the vibe. The space is spotless, the energy is so peaceful, and the entire atmosphere feels like a retreat. The staff is great, warm, welcoming and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. I’m genuinely excited to begin my monthly membership and commit to seeing long-term results. Even after my very first red light therapy session, I noticed a visible difference. A friend recommended this wonderful spa to me, and from the moment I walked in, I felt a very calm and positive energy. This time, I tried the infrared blanket and the sauna for the first time, and I must say, I feel relax both body and mind after using them. My body feels more relaxed. Last but not least, the customer service is wonderful. What a joy to have this new spa in our neighborhood. I highly recommend this spa!

From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel seen, heard, and completely welcomed. Her energy is so grounding and uplifting — it’s like being wrapped in warmth and light - and my skin never felt so great! If you’re looking for healing, clarity, or just a reset from the chaos of life, I can’t recommend this place enough.
