Probably the best injections by far Ive ever received. I definitely had an amazing experience from the second I walked in until I left! Dr Cecilia was so amazing and her bedside manner was 100% I’ve never left an establishment with such confidence until today. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I definitely will be back for follow up care as well as some dysport injections after the holidays!

I have Been going to Liquivida For a few months now. Every month they have these amazing specials to try so I tried the diamond glow facial. Hannah is a miracle worker! The whole experience from beginning to end was one of the most amazing things I have ever done for myself. Men, women-It doesn’t matter you have to experience this. Hannah is so sweet and she really cares and enjoys what she does. She really took her time and made the experience so lovely, She also gave me a massage. She made me feel like a billionaire because of the care that she took. I wish I could give her 100 stars! Then she even took it a step further and started coming up with a skincare routine For me. She is the definition of going the extra mile. My skin has never felt this amazing and I truly mean that. Everyone should experience this at least once. Hannah, I hope you see this and I hope you know how appreciated you are and my life has been very stressful lately and you really made me feel like a queen

Disappointed I purchased the 3 liquid IV energizers on Groupon First time I it was rushed and a bigger needle was used to make it go by faster because the tech was about to get off work. It was uncomfortable and then when I took my bandage off when I got home there was way more blood on the cotton pad than I’ve ever seen before. This isn’t my first time doing this. 2nd visit was amazing I went earlier vs closing time. Same tech She made she sure I was comfortable, put my feet up , gave me a blanket so my arm rested perfectly, used a smaller needle which was probably the one that should’ve been used prior (butterfly) 3rd visit. I went early again, We talked last time that I should try different add ons. But I just decided to just get the $30 add on. Which I thought is double vitamin ? But she said it was double fluid, it’s not double vitamin. Seemed frustrated that I didn’t understand and that someone would probably think if you’re paying for more it’s of the vitamin. I think that probably should be clarified because I think anyone would assume you’re getting more vitamin. But now I’m educated , the needle was big again like the first time and hurt when she was inserting it… felt rushed again. Guess she wanted to hurry up and get out for her lunch break today. I wouldn’t come back to this location. I didn’t like the energy , feeling like it was rushed, and the fact this was the only time this actually hurt (2 out of 3 visits) and I bled more than usual. Probably because I have small veins and she used a big needle. My advice is to Stay consistent in customer service. Nobody’s perfect and we have our days but your customers can definitely feel it during their experience. Any other time I’ve done this and got double fluid it last 1 hour exactly .. this was not the case and probably why she used a bigger needle so the fluid would come out faster. 🤦🏽‍♀️
