Great experience. I got a DEXA scan and RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) test. The DEXA scanner is GE and metabolic cart is CardioCoach Pro - both really great devices. The RMR is uses indirect calorimetry, so it actually measures oxygen and CO2 (that puts it in the real RMR category, not estimates). I'll be back when I want to retest.

I had my Dexa-Scan done with with Sandra and could not have been more satisfied. It was a great experience and I enjoyed receiving all of the information that was provided, the whole experience was very educational.
