Took a home test for Covid. I was positive. They had a doctor on it asap. The girl Karry was very instrumental in arranging appointment and following up. My doctor is Nyguen . Best in Austin . Dr Nyguen is great and so is staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen since moving to TX in 2023 and I am very happy with the care I receive. She is personable, attentive and I never feel rushed. She is thorough and remembers small details from previous appointments. She is a great physician, I highly recommend!

I've been Dr. Mileur's patient since he took over the practice years ago. He's unfailingly considerate, concerned, thorough, clear in explanations, and best of all, friendly. I'm sure the other caregivers in the office are equally good. If you can become a patient of Austin Medical Associates you'll be lucky.

Love this medical practice. Dr Vandel was my internal medicine Dr when Dr Mason Mileur took over the practice as Dr Vandel retired. Dr Mileur had huge shoes to fill as Dr Vandel was truly the most dedicated & caring Dr I’ve ever seen. Dr Mileur has delivered. He is attentive, caring and as I’m often nervous about a physical, I always feel good after I’ve seen Dr Mileur. He doesn’t mess around either. While he makes me feel positive about my health during a physical, he is very attentive to my various “aches and pains”. Oftentimes, MDs these days are not so attentive to older patients like me. Also, I find the staff positive from the “nurse” before meeting dr, to the front desk attendants, to Kathy who drew my labs, to Cammy the book keeper who has helped me with annoying insurance non-payment issues and I also want to give Dr Nguyen a shout out. I saw her once for an awful viral infection and she was very caring and did what was necessary to get me well. I think steroids were involved and I do not do well on those. She was attentive to that and gave me the option for a lesser dosage. So overall, this is a great practice. My father was an internal medicine Dr and I have quite a few physicians in my life. I know the “general practice” drs don’t make as much money as the specialized medicine drs. However general drs are so important for all of us. I applaud these guys as they’re so important for our health.
