I have been coming to LATN for over a decade. I have grown so much with the help of Cindie and worked through a lot of baggage I carried from my childhood. Cindie is very adaptable in sessions to provide the modality (EMDR, brain-spotting, somatic work, pet therapy and others) that best fits. She is very kind and has a safe and welcoming presence that puts you at ease. She showed up for me when I was in crisis several different times. LATN also has diverse specialties to help a broad range of needs and age groups.

I've relied on LATN on and off for a decade of mental health support, including various group and individual services. I tried several therapists until finally finding Cyndie and have never looked elsewhere, since. I can't praise LATN highly enough. Cyndie is my primary therapist, but I have also worked with Mimi and Melissa. They are wonderful. Therapy is an invaluable tool to have in your tool box. Even if you only need it for a few months after a death in the family or a bad break up, it's good to know who to call. With trama and abuse it can be an essential life saver. I particularly encourage women and queer folk to choose female and queer therapists who know your issues inside and Out. You can find that at LATN. It is so much better than an insurance assigned therapist who is underpaid, overworked, and jumping through hoops to get you out the door. Like everything, you get what you pay for. LATN is worth every penny.
