People at the clinic are amazing. The new ownership and TRT delivery with Village Lane Apothecary is not good. My last few orders have been completely disorganized and off schedule. When I call either place I cannot get someone on the phone and the auto callback feature may not be working. I've called multiple times today...first time at 830 am I was second in queue...it's now 12:45 pm and no call back. I'm seriously considering looking for a different TRT provider due to the increasing issues I'm experiencing with these two companies. Update 3/3/26 - had to go into the clinic to get resolution. It did get resolved but as an at-home self inject, going into the clinic is not convenient. Again, the staff are incredible and super helpful. I'll monitor this process to see if it improves.

I'd give it 0 if I could. Had a appointment waited 45mins past appointment then got put in a room. Waited another 30mins and nobody came so I just left. Will never use this place.

I want to make a suggestion about signing in. Assign a 4 digit number to each patient rather then having to sign in twice. When we arrive and leave. Takes too much time. Easy change and better for patient. Office folks are awesome.
