This is my first experience with ketamine. I have struggled with my mental health for years and was nervous at first to try ketamine because past experiences with psychedelics weren’t pleasant or helpful. Dr. Shinaishin and her team have been compassionate, welcoming, supportive, and trustworthy. Their office is conveniently located, accessible by any mode of transportation. The inside is clean and spacious, and the private ketamine rooms are cozy and comfortable. She gave me a pouch with an eye mask, lotion, lavender, and earplugs, as well as a blanket for my session. She is an incredibly knowledgeable and understanding professional, she knows what she is doing and that made me feel at ease. She checked on me regularly during the session and was attentive to my needs. This experience was nothing short of life changing. I was actually able to relax and go inward during my session which wouldn’t have been possible had it not been for the warm atmosphere Dr. Shinaishin creates for her patients. I am excited to continue the work with her and her team. I feel a shift in my mental health already after just one session and even my close friends have noticed this. I highly recommend Lucid Ketamine Clinic to anyone wanting to explore ketamine therapy for any number of reasons. You couldn’t pick a better spot. Do yourself a favor and book a session.

I recently had a wellness infusion with Dr. Shinaishin and had a great experience. She took the time to explain not only the benefits of the treatment but the science behind it. She took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed. The clinic itself is a calm and relaxing environment and the staff was kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Shinaishin and this clinic!

It's been almost a week since I've finished my sixth session of ketamine therapy and I don't think I've ever felt better. I wasn't expecting miracles or to just instantly be better but I feel more receptive (especially in therapy), encouraged, and lighter. My trauma feels less triggered and I feel like I can now bounce back so much easier. Beyond the treatment itself, it can't be expressed enough how great Dr. Shinaishin's services are. She is one of the most kind and understanding doctors and truly made an experience that I was terrified about doing an incredibly smooth and relieving experience. After struggling with dismissive doctors who just write my concerns off as anxiety, this experience was incredibly refreshing. Dr. Shinaishin is incredibly flexible, doing her best to accomodate our schedules, responsive, attentive and most importantly makes it clear that she cares. Especially for someone who struggles to feel heard by doctors. Highly recommend Lucid Ketamine and Wellness and am looking forward to my next session if I ever need a boost.
