I've been seeing Dr. Gainers for almost a year now. She is quite patient with questions/concerns and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate that I can trust my melanated, very sensitive skin to her care and recommendations-- and I am very particular! My skin is clear, smooth, and glowing and people compliment me often. She also won't recommend unnecessary treatments-- only what she genuinely thinks you need. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! And I say this as a health professional and generally discerning (read: picky) person. My skin has never looked better and I get tons of compliments everyday. The staff is amazing and Dr. Gainers really knows her stuff. To top it off she is ethical and will not recommend treatments or products unnecessarily to pad a bill or just because you saw it online somewhere. ;-) Five stars!!

Excellent care & treatments provided by Dr. Madeliene Gainers. She is extremely knowledgeable & her staff members are very professional. Her office space is very clean & comfortable. I had severe postpartum hair loss five months after birthing my daughter. Upon our initial visit, Dr. Gainers took her time to ask me extensive questions about my hair journey, lifestyle, and treatment expectations. Then Dr. Gainers conducted a scalp biopsy to assess the genesis of my overall hair loss. Thereafter, she prescribed a carefully crafted ointment to promote optimal hair growth and a healthy scalp. Within six weeks my hair loss had reduced significantly, and my hair growth had increased on more than 75% of the affected areas. Dr. Gainers is a miracle worker! I am so happy that I was referred to her by my hairstylist, Evie Johnson. I feel proud to be a patient of Dr. Gainers', she practices medicine with great fidelity and professionalism; her office is impeccable, and her staff is incredibly prompt curious, and attentive. I am almost hesitant to write this review out of fear of being unable to get future appointments once her popularity surges.
