As soon as we stepped inside we felt comfortable and at ease. Its already stressful enough to have to deal with health issues, so when a health service offers an atmosphere that makes you feel good, that really is very helpful. And that is what I felt walking in here. Reception was very professional and friendly. I really like it when there is coffee and seeing that here was a plus!
As I was accepted into the back for my appointment I also notice that the atmosphere continued, It almost made me forget why I was here. I sat down on a very comfortable chair while they took my vitals.
There is a small observation I would like to make but again, no big deal. The wait time to see the doctor was a bit over the normal; Almost 45 mins after they had taken my vitals.
Over all I appreciated the level of care and relaxed environment.

Dr. Wasi and his team quite literally saved my life. I had been discharged from hospital with no relief, so my mother (bc she had a coworker recommend Wasi) called MedFusion in BA, and they got me in asap with a referral. They ran all the tests, asked all the questions, answered all my questions, made weekly follow-up appointments and ultimately came up with a diagnosis and treatment plan that actually worked. Without Dr. Wasi, Kiersten, Winter, Bruce and several others I can’t remember the names of…who knows how much longer I would have been off work and dealing with excruciating pain as my infection worsened. Kiersten, please know your patience and passion for your work do not go unnoticed. Thanks again to every single one of you. I’ll never forget what you did for me!! 🖤

Absolute medical negligence, medical malpractice, and a nil, slight hint of racism.
My primary care physician sent me to “Dr. Falsely” with the exception of him living up to his Medical title of Specialist. From the beginning, during my first appointment with him, he was dismissive and arrogant, not really caring enough to hear my experience, and what I was going through, and the symptoms I was having, and instead, he stood by the doorway the entire time as if I was keeping him from something pressing. Rather than listen to anything I had to say, and view any of my medical history, Dr. Falsely, Pond me off to his sarcastic sidekick of a PA Who pretended to listen and take notes on blank sheets of copy paper, only for me to be prescribed medication for the illness I didn’t even have. As my condition worsened and I kept pleading for help from the PA and or.Dr. Falsey(Who by the way, I never saw it again during the eight months I continue to entertain their nonsense) My appointments became opportunities to overcharge my insurance company. They even allowed one of the girls at the front desk, named Kristen, to crawl through my medical files and and give me her personalized diagnosis over the phone and also let me know that I wasn’t as important as the other patient they’re dealing with. Last I checked, I believe she just answered phones and wore scrubs to blend in and didn’t have the letters MD after her name anywhere on this planet. Whenever I would ask for any medication that I had to research online, that would help treat my medical condition, I was met with excuse after excuse as to Why that medication couldn’t be prescribed to me, months later I realize it’s because it would actually treat my condition and med. Fusion could no longer fraudulently charge up my insurance company. Between the Annoyingly, sarcastic PA, who takes telehealth appointment, with the door, wide open and others in the room, declaring that Dr. falsely was the “ smartest doctor in the state” and MedFusion’s Grossly in accurate claims on their webpage comment I wouldn’t even take my dog to this facility. There’s no professionalism there’s a breach of Hippa privacy laws running rampant, they make Mock patients experiences and pain. The errors Dr. Wasi Falsely, the Sarcastic PA, and Non-Dr. receptionist make, lead to unnecessary test and misdiagnosed treatments additional injury and further illnesses. This facility deserves to be sued.

Dr. Wasi is a good doctor my dad just said wait time was too long in a cold room. My dad really liked Sara he said she was thorough and nice. I would recommend him to others.
