I absolutely love my entire experience with this business! I’m absolutely thrilled with my results I have over the course of my treatment plan, this has definitely played a major part in “getting back to me”. The entire staff is professional and caring. They were even understanding and patient when I have to bring my toddler along to my appointments never had one issue when she came with me. I have already referred multiple people here when they ask how I’ve lost weight! If you have don’t know where to start, I highly recommend this place!

The staff is very nice. When I signed up for their package which was very expensive I was very communicative on what problem areas I wanted to focus on. In several occassions I communicated that I really wasnt seeing any noticeable changes, so they changed the procedure snd used s different stronger device. On my last session, the estetician used the same device BUT this was the ONLY time I could literally feel and see a difference. When I asked her what she did different, she said she used the strongest level to focus on my areas of concern. My question was, why wasnt this setting used all along the 12 sessions I signed up for and now rhey are using the strongest level on my LAST SESSION? When I spoke to the manager/owner of this spa, she said she was willing to sell me 7 more sessions at cost INSTEAD of apologizing and at least at a minimum offer me at least three to four sessions more to make up for this. They are quick to sell-sell-sell and not much interest in truly caring for their client and concerns - just making money off of you. Be careful.

I won’t lie—my wife’s first visit was unsatisfactory. However, what truly stood out was how the team handled it afterward. Lauren reached out and showed genuine care and concern for her customers. She was kind, attentive, and made a real difference, giving this place a well-deserved second chance. Hannah also reached out to ensure my wife didn’t miss out on a generous opportunity they were offering. There was a small misunderstanding, but Hannah took the time to understand where it came from and made things right. It’s refreshing to see a business that truly listens to customer concerns and takes ownership to do right by them. You can tell they genuinely care and work hard to make their business shine the right way. Thank you, Lauren and Hannah.
