Excelent couseling and my blood tests were perfect after going to MRC. I lost 15 plus pounds and feel great!. I highly recommend MRC to anyone. Sarah is amazing at Papillion location.

I love the program and so happy I decided to join back in May. I love that most of them have been thru the program and can really give you ideas and help you stay on track. I would not be almost 50 pounds down if it was for their support and the online support!! Even on the days that I gained they are supportive and try to help figure out what might have caused the gain. I would recommend this program all day long!! Megan, Jessica and the entire staff are truly AMAZING!! Thank you!!

MRC... love this place! The staff are such positive people, without sugarcoating the mental/physical struggles involved in becoming the healthiest version of myself that I can be. Bottom line... the honest message is...''we don't wave a magic wand to make this happen for you, if you want to do this ...we are here to help you."...and the expertise they have shared is far beyond other weight loss strategies I have tried in my lifetime. Historically I've had great success with MRC… The first time was over 20 years ago and it was easier to lose, admittedly. My determination and stubbornness are "keeping me at it" and although the weekly loss is slower this time around, the numbers are going in the right direction! The staff at MRC takes time to actually listen carefully to what you're saying, evaluate and research the solution to fit your needs, and encourage you in your continued success by following the program. It's comforting to know that when following the program and taking the supplements, success will be achieved!
