Dr. Jackson is highly skilled in functional neurology. He listens and is very kind and compassionate. I feel fortunate that he is in our area and able to treat brain injury and neuro dysfunction. The staff are wonderful too.

Dr. Brice Jackson is incredible. My dad went to their office late last year because of a concussion after a car accident. Dr. Jackson was informative, patient and so kind to him and to us. My dad felt constant tingling on top of his head and balance impairment. He walked leaning to one side and did not feel like himself. Dr. Jackson started the process of retraining his brain and my dad felt heard and cared for during the rehabilitation process. He no longer has any of those signs. The process took about 6 months, and we are forever grateful to Dr. Brice Jackson for all of the compassion and support he provided us during that difficult time.

I am so thankful that we found Dr. Jackson at the Mid-Atlantic Brain and Neurological Rehabilitation Center. My teenage daughter has POTS and was suffering from severe vertigo and chronic fatigue. She was unable to attend high school for months at a time. We've seen many doctors in various specialties over the past five years and, while helpful, none were able to identify a root cause of her debilitating vertigo. Dr. Jackson's approach was unique, thoughtful, and caring. In our first visit, he used simple tests to immediately identify a neurological issue with her proprioception, effecting her balance. He gave us a clear explanation of the cause and the treatment for it. After a couple months of therapy, her health improved so dramatically it was amazing. The therapy fixed the underlying issue rather than just treating the symptoms. She was able to return to school and is leaving for college this fall. I cannot recommend Dr. Jackson enough!

Dr. Jackson has been very helpful in my recovery process from a car accident I was involved in. He is kind, caring, and compassionate about what he does! I would recommend anyone needing vestibular therapy to his office. His receptionist Sonia was also excellent. She would respond back in a quick timely manner whenever I needed to reschedule or had any issues with my appointments. Thank you Dr. Jackson and Sonia for everything! I appreciated all you’ve done towards my recovery.
