Mindful Athlete Training uses mental skills training to help athletes and performers stay calm in the moments that matter the most. We use state of the art technology to provide live biofeedback that represents a performers physiology. This allows our coaches to train our performers with real time data.

As a sports performance coach I’ve helped athletes develop physically by focusing on improving speed, power, and strength. As much as I believe well rounded physical development can be a game changer for athletes, if you really want to separate your performance you should train the brain just as much as the body. The mental side of training can improve physical speed as well. Processing speed, decision making speed, and staying calm under pressure are all directly trainable. The Mindful Athlete Training approach is unique. I’ve never seen anything like it, and the results here speak for themselves. I can’t recommend it enough!

Mindful Athlete is a life changing organization. The detail and the professionalism the experts use to help you master your mind is second to none. They have helped me elevate my performance on the field with working in their lab with all the technology they have. Or online sessions with talking 1 on 1 with one of their coaches, it has showed me a lot about myself and how the tools they taught me has given me an edge of any competition I have faced. 10/10 recommend.

My 10U son has been training at Mindful Athletes. His is being trained to deal with high stress situations while strengthening his focus and mental awareness. He played in a tournament last month in Houston on a national level and not only did he bat .500 for the tournament he maintained the excitement and had a positive attitude, regardless the outcome, the entire time. He enjoys and learns from every session. Not only is this helping him become a better athlete, the training helps off the field at school and with his music.
