I never got to meet with Dr. Parsons. Instead they made me meet with an intern who was not on my insurance. She seemed really judgmental as I was telling her about my seizure like symptoms. All I wanted was to be transferred to a neurologist, but they put in my clinical notes that I was schizophrenic and I had to beg them to remove it. I fasted for 14 hours before my appointment to draw blood, was sleep deprived and also I was anxious, anyone would appear odd under those circumstances, and I told them this, but still I guess they took liberty to put I was schizophrenic when I am not and there is no record ever of any doctor suggesting that I am, even my former doctor that left the practice here never said anything of the sort. When I tried to confront what made her think I was schizophrenic other than the fact that she thinks I talk really fast and appear strange, like how was put in my clinical notes, she could not give a direct answer. These notes were validated by Dr. Parsons who had never even met me or exchanged one word! The other facility they referred me to were calling me on the phone asking about my schizophrenia and when do I want to come in for an appointment, I was just so shocked to hear this! I just urgently needed a neurologist and I feel that ya’ll thought I made up my symptoms or why else put weird stuff in my notes? Also finally the neurologist they referred me to told me that I physically do have unidentified white matter in my brain that can be dangerous and and that I needed to be tested for high cholesterol by my doctor. When I called this facility, I got the same intern. When I asked her have I been tested for cholesterol in my former blood work, she shut me down and said that I needed to get it from my neurologist, then hung up. Neurologists do not do cholesterol tests. She could have answered a simple question because it’s her job. I was already so stressed out. Then I contacted Dr. Parsons and he said he’d set up an appointment where I can actually see him but at the time he was so busy and booked, I knew I’d never see him. The point in case is that this is more of a physical therapy office, not really a regular doctor’s office, if you are considering going here in the future. Also they may misjudge you if the problem is outside the physical therapy realm. By the way, I will type this again if it gets erased like my other review.

The model Wellness facility is one of the cleanest and beautifully decorated doctor's office I've ever been to The location here has high-tech five-star amenities including devices such as the ozone therapy that benefits you and then they have also the laser therapy they also have the sunlight and pulse therapies using chromeotherapy they also have massage tables chiropractic tables they have on-site showers five star quality in cleanse 5-star bathrooms this facility is probably one of the best facilities I've ever seen in person they have two different x-ray styles on site as well the front desk staff are very very polite and very understanding and will help you through things is a very large facility make sure when you park park generally on the sides so it's easier to park there's also multiple people on site to help you do Chiropractic therapy physical therapy and then there's very nice PCP and practitioners on site as well very understanding and very clean location probably one of the cleanest locations I've ever seen on site they also have equipment that if you need to help repair or perform on your body here on site for sale Warren plans they also have a lot of equipment that you would see at physical therapy as well Very calming and happy environment nice light music playing they have locker rooms for storage to keep your things while you're doing your therapies or seeing the doctor the location also smells very great they have aromatherapy yes I have other amenities on site such as cupping and needling depending on what you need for your services or to get better very bright and cheerful staff very bright and cheerful environment lots of Uprising colors we also have IV Nutrition Therapy which was listed to help increase energy boost immunity cleanse detox instant hydration better absorption they have immune recovery anti-aging detox Myers post illness allergy energy and migraines they also have enhanced wave devices on site carpal tunnel TMJ neuropathy tennis elbow knee pain and more

Dr. Parsons is truly in a league of his own. He’s the first doctor I’ve had who genuinely focuses on finding the root cause instead of just writing another prescription as a quick fix. He spent 45 minutes with me during my initial visit, taking the time to answer every question thoroughly. He’s incredibly personable, which made me feel comfortable right away, and I really appreciate that he has a background in functional medicine. For the first time, I feel hopeful about real healing. I can’t recommend him enough.
