Modern Body is the best!!! This place is spotless, relaxing, and has such a welcoming vibe. I was a little nervous to try something new, but everyone here is so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable — they instantly made me feel comfortable. The infrared sauna, cold plunge, and compression therapy have become my favorite part of the week! I stand all day for work, and the compression therapy truly saves my legs — I can feel such a difference in circulation and recovery afterward. I also ended up getting the membership, and it’s absolutely worth it. It keeps me consistent and makes it easy to take care of myself without even thinking about it. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and professional wellness space, I can’t recommend Modern Body enough. They’ve seriously upgraded my recovery and self-care routine!

Modern Body Next Level Wellness This place is awesome! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The modalities are helpful in my health journey, and having unlimited sessions each month is wonderful. I can plan my week ahead and accomplish so much around my visits. I’ve tried all the modalities they offer and seriously I don’t know what is my favorite, it changes with every visit. I love the staff, Jade and Sarah make me feel welcome and comfortable every time I visit. Thank you!
