Ything with the receptionists to the techs who took care until dr lane came into my room------ all were professional in what they did....positive and informative to questions i ask and a delight in greeting each and every patient that entered. Techs called your name with a smile and escourted you back to your room to await the doctor. My tech, Sir Trevor, was amazing. DR lane explained every procedure beforehand and Sir trevor helped me by allowing me to squeeze his hand for support. Upon leaving, i felt confident the doctor informed me of everything i needed to know about my visit and my procedures. Thank you everyone at Modern dermatology for my pleasant experience. From the moment one arrives for the appointment, you’re welcomed! The office is well lit, clean, and comfortable. I had an excellent first appointment with Dr. Neidig… he was polite, thorough, he explained everything in plain language that I understood, and he incorporated humor to make me feel at ease. Dr. Neidig and his team are awesome. There is never a long wait. Dr. Neidig is very detail oriented and performs every procedure precisely and quickly. He always has a remedy for skin issues. I cannot be happier to be his patient and highly recommend him.
