Dr. Dodder is an exceptional physician. Five years ago, she delivered my son by C-section with such precision, skill, and gentleness that I was left in awe. Her surgical expertise and the care she showed during and after the procedure were flawless. I recently saw her again after many years, and she continues to demonstrate the same excellence. She listens attentively, communicates clearly, and has a unique ability to capture exactly what you mean, expressing it in a way that brings comfort and confidence. She is compassionate, highly skilled, and truly gifted at what she does. I deeply appreciate her care and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking the very best in women’s health.

If I could I would give 0 stars. What an awful place. I went to doctor appointment, told her to ONLY do exams that were approved by my insurance. They played nice and said yes sure. Now I have a bill because my “insurance didn’t cover a special code exame” do not go there. Oh also, called the place to talk it out, Ramona hanged up on me and my husband because we tried to get answers. So very nice place!! Super reasonable. Took advantage of me. Telling me what I wanted to hear.

My surgery went great, Dr. Cherry was amazing! But afterwards left much to be desired. I had surgery the first half of April. Paid in full the week before. About end of May, early June, I started to get bills for about $500. I combed through my statement and couldn't find out why all of a sudden I was being charged this amount. I called my insurance and told them what I paid out of pocket and was informed that I overpaid. July 7th, I was finally able to talk to someone in billing at this office and was told she'd look into it. I never received a call back and then I got distracted by a death in the family. I called back August 21st, leaving a detailed message about the situation. I did receive a call back that same day and was told my insurance was correct, I did overpay and was due a refund of almost $600. Great right? Today is September 5th and I haven't received anything. I spoke to billing today. Apparently my refund was processed August 29th but I wouldn't see it until about 30-45 days from that date. So not only was I overcharged, I was continuously billed when I had already paid, no one noticed for 4 months, ignored when I first brought it up and now my refund won't even be here for another month or so. So October ish. They'll have had my overpayment for almost 6 months. If something looks off with your bill call immediately because they can not be trusted to do their due diligence.

I met Dr. Illston late last summer. I immediately felt at ease with her. She is thorough, extremely competent, a good listener, and an outstanding surgeon. I did end up getting surgery, last week, that we discussed for months. It went smoothly. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
