I ordered a digital protocol and my account was charged. After 2 weeks I still had not received it so I contacted Dr. Melissa. She said she would check into it. I didn’t hear back from her. Over the course of the next 10 days, I sent 2 more emails and left 3 voicemails. I received no response until I left a voicemail asking to make an appointment. Someone named Sam finally called me back from a “No Caller ID” number (which is very strange for a doctor’s office or business). He asked about scheduling an appointment for me but I explained I was just trying to get someone to call me back about my missing product. He verified my email address and said he would send it right out. I still did not receive it. I left 2 more voicemails and sent another email. Dr. Melissa finally responded when I said I wanted a refund and planned to make a report to the Better Business Bureau. She said she would refund my payment but I have yet to receive it! I was excited to find Dr. Melissa’s You Tube videos and thought she would be a good resource. I have been very disappointed in her lack of professionalism and customer service.

I scheduled a virtual consultation in October 2023 for $265. I ended up needing to cancel which I did, 7 days in advance of the appointment. I have never received a refund. I do not get call backs when I leave a message and the online chat person apologizes and makes excuses. What a disappointment, considering I have followed Dr. Melissa for years and thought highly of her. Please check out the BBB before doing business with NHR.

I purchased one of her guides from her website that was supposed to be an instant download. I never received it. I emailed her customer service email and received a response that many people were experiencing issues downloading the guides and that the website was undergoing maintenance. I was assured that I would receive the guide. Weeks went by, I asked for a refund... nothing, no response. Another week went by, nothing... emailed Melissa after she sent a newsletter and was told to check spam. It was never there so I emailed her back and showed her the response I had got prior weeks earlier and asked that they send the guide or refund. Nothing, no response. Now the guide was only $8.99 but it’s the principal of the matter. Poor customer service and what if she is doing this to hundreds or thousands of people, making bank off the guides that people are purchasing but not receiving 🤦🏾‍♀️ Buyer beware.
