As a former student, I can confidently say that Neowell truly sets the standard for professionalism, education, and patient care. The training environment was supportive, hands-on, and thorough. I never felt rushed every concept was explained clearly, and the instructors genuinely cared about making sure we understood both the science and the artistry behind treatments. What stood out the most was the emphasis on safety, ethics, and client experience. It wasn’t just about learning procedures it was about learning how to deliver results with integrity and confidence. Now, seeing the level of care provided to clients and members, I can honestly say that if you’re looking to get treatment or just become a member, you’re in very good hands. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Neo Well. Every single visit has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Mallorie at the front desk is always so kind, welcoming, and professional, and the rest of the staff is just as warm and attentive. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely cared for. I also want to give a huge kudos to the instructor. She treats me incredibly well and even remembered me, my preferences, and my comfort level from over a year ago — which truly speaks volumes about the level of care and attention provided here. That kind of personalized experience is rare and deeply appreciated. Neo Well is an excellent school, and it’s easy to see why they have so many students. The students do an amazing job, and it’s clear they are receiving top-tier guidance and instruction. I am not usually someone who would volunteer to be a model for student procedures, but Neo Well makes me feel completely comfortable, safe, and confident every step of the way. They take their time, are incredibly careful, and always ensure I am happy before I leave. From the staff, to the instructors, to the students — everyone here is amazing, caring, and highly professional. I truly appreciate the balance, precision, and thoughtfulness they put into their work. I give Neo Well a 10 out of 10 rating, and there is absolutely nowhere else I would go for student-level aesthetic procedures. I am so grateful for this team and the exceptional care they provide every single time. Highly recommend!

Erin has been incredible in helping me on my weight loss journey. When I had been stuck she helped further educate on eating more & prioritizing protein! I would highly recommend Neowell as a highly credible and knowledgeable in the aesthetic and med spa space.
