Dr Aaron Draper is amazing at what he does. And Neurosoma Therapy really does work. And not by cracking bones or prescription drugs. Very professional and polite. Will honestly tell you if he can help you when u come in for free consultation. Genuinely cares about his patients. Treatment is affordable. Located in the beautiful Palatine building. I recommend him to anyone and everyone I see who can benefit from this.

Dr. Draper and neurosoma was highly recommended to me by one of his patients, so I called in June to schedule and appointment. I spoke to Carol, Doctor’s wife, who was very friendly and answered all of my questions. She informed me that the person who normally handles the calls, Mona, was out of the office for a while and that she was just covering during her absence. She took down my personal information and told me to expect a call from Mona to go over insurance information and other administrative steps upon her return. She explained that without insurance the initial visit was $150 as it’s a long appointment, and thereafter all visits would be $65. And because Dr. Draper was booked out all the way until August, she added me to the schedule to secure an appointment on 08/10/2022 at 3PM — her first available, to avoid any further delays. A week later I received mail correspondence with an educational pamphlet about Neurosoma along with a sweet handwritten note from Carol. A few weeks later I had a missed call and voicemail from Mona, and I called back twice and left a voicemail but didn’t hear back from her again. Today I called to confirm tomorrow’s appointment and spoke to Jeff, one of the providers, who was also very friendly and told me that he would have Mona call me back once she returned from lunch. My conversation with Mona was very unpleasant, to say the least. I had to ask her to please stop interrupting me as she wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. She basically stated that I was not listed on her schedule and that Carol possibly told me a date “tentatively”. I tried to explain to her that this was not the case and that someone dropped the ball as I’ve been looking forward to tomorrow’s appointment for almost 2 months! Her customer service skills were nonexistent, and she clearly lacked understanding and empathy. Zero apology for the inconvenience and mistake on their part. She said that she didn’t have anything available for Dr. Draper until September, and was very rude about it. I told her that the entire situation was unacceptable and not to worry about scheduling me. Asked to speak to the officer manager, which she confirmed was her! I heard her speaking to someone else a few times, and when I asked her if she was even listening to me because I could clearly hear her speaking to someone else, she responded “Yes, I can do two things at a time” — I told her that she was unprofessional and disrespectful, to say the least, and she then proceeded to abruptly place me on hold. I could then hear her finishing her conversation with this other person she was talking to whom she farewelled with a friendly “have a good day” and then asked me with an off putting tone if I was “still there” and what it is that I wanted. I asked her to please have Carol give me a call. I am sure that Dr. Draper and his team of providers must be great at what they do, but unfortunately I won’t find out because of this negative experience with their disrespectful, insolent and unprofessional “Office Manager”. Hence, 1 star and this review.

Originally, I would have given him a 5 star rating. He used to give deep tissue massages that really helped. He was too aggressive with adjustments. When I went back to see him several years later, his "massage" had morphed into this lame hypervolt massager against my neck that hurt. I had previously asked how long/cost of massage. When I was charged $70 for 20 minutes, I about blew a fuse. I'll never go back. Plus he smells of body odor.
