I did a televisit with the Dr and thought everything was fine. I didn't realize there was a national shortage with my medication at many pharmacies. I asked the office for some advice as to how to handle this matter. They said have it sent to another pharmacy. I then gave them 3 different locations that accept my insurance but one wouldn't deal with the clinic, and the other two were out. So I received a very rude message on Christmas day saying I don't like prescribing a controlled medication and find yourself a new Psychiatrist. Rude and abrupt. Unprofessional. Had no problems until my pharmacy Walgreens didn't have my meds and had no idea when they would get it... Be warned if you need anything beyond Prozac

Dr. Baig was thorough when taking notes in regards to my child's mental health issues. It feels good to be listened to by a doctor! (I can finally say I have a diagnosis for my child.) She is prompt in responding to emails and answering questions. Kristin is also prompt at getting back to you when you leave a voicemail with reception. (Just a heads up, Dr. Baig is only doing telehealth for now.)

Really good and attentive doctor. I needed something signed off one day regarding some bloodwork, so I stopped by with no appointment and she let me in even though they were technically closed, and reviewed and signed the forms I needed signed and didn’t even charge me. She’s just really genuine and authentic and dedicated. 😇🙏

I met Dr. Baig more than 10 years ago, she is my daughters doctor, and she is very kind and respectful with her patience. She follows up with her patients and her appointments are flexible and her office staff is very nice and the office is clean. She’s never late and there’s not a lot of waiting to see her. She’s very smart doctor and the fact that she has 14 years of experience in the medical field is very impressive. I trust that her decisions, for my child are the right ones and I wish for her the best. May God bless her in all aspects of her life.

She's great and always take care of her panties. Dr. Baig has more than 14 yrs of experience in the field. Her office is very clean and organized, her staff is amazing, there is no wait time, you will be seen at the time that is your appointment. she is always on time and event makes walk ins sometimes. When it comes to the medication she is great, you don't have to call more then once the medication is always there.
