The physical therapists are amazing, knowledgeable, kind, and caring. However if you ever have an insurance or billing issue of any sort, they will NEVER speak with you over the phone or follow up via email. They will send you to collections with no mail notice, no email notice, and no phone call notice. Extremely bizarre business practices here.

Zhicheng Zheng, DPT, OCS, CSCS Lead Physical Therapist A great leader. I went in all broken with little or no workability with my shoulders. After a short few months I came out strong and more flexible. He enabled me to now go on with my own work outs again. Thank you so much Zee!!!! Felix Narvaez Rehabilitation Aid Felix was so consistent in helping make my workouts more safe. He kept that entire place clean as a whistle. I enjoyed talking to him each time I was at physical therapy with integrity!!! Thank you so much Felix!!! Asm Kahn: Asm was always at the entrance when I would leave to go home. He always greeted me with a warm smile and hello. Terrific representation for the hospital. A real leader!!! Thank you very much Asm!!!

Having gone to a number of unsatisfactory PR/Rehab facilities across Manhattan, I can report that NISMAT is a top notch organisation with excellent facilities and staff who are qualified, empathetic, and communicate very well. I am a notoriously hard grader, but I have no issue giving a 5 star review.

I felt comfortable here during the pandemic due to cleanliness and room for distance. The staff are professional and kind. I am glad I entrusted them with healing my knee injury. I have been to 4 places in the city for PT and from now on I will always go here. A Physical Therapist treated me, the same one each time, not an assistant. He was great. They all seemed excellent.

I have been going to Nismat for OT and PT treatments. The therapists are very knowledgeable and professional. I had a trigger finger surgery with Dr. Polatsch. He is a great surgeon and I highly recommend him. My OT therapist is Liyah and she is patient and pleasant. My PT therapist Madison is informative and attentive to my knee pains. Also her assistant Josh was caring about my treatments. I highly recommend Nismat !
