I went to Dr. Nigro today for a scalp evaluation. I’ve came to her before for acne. Every time I have came to see her it has taken forever to get in the back. Well today it was even worse. I waited an hour and 10 minutes to see her and I was fed up. I asked for my co pay refund and left very upset. Several other patients were upset as well. I understand when someone may have an issue that arise with a patient and it may take longer than expected. However, this doctor over books her patients all the time! She doesn’t respect her patients time. She never sent anyone in to say the doctor is running behind or anything!! This is the last time I’m going to allow Dr Nigro to disrespect me or my time. It’s really sad because I love Maria who does my dermal infusion facials, but I will not be spending my $200 on facial with this office. There are a lot of good dermatologists out here that will love new patients!!! Zero stars for me!!!

This dermatology office is consistently unprofessional and incredibly frustrating to deal with. Patient emails are ignored, the nurse's line rarely (if ever) returns calls in a timely manner, and the pharmacist at the San Felipe location is routinely rude and dismissive. When issues are brought up, the front desk offers a phony "sorry" or outright gaslights the situation instead of taking responsibility or fixing anything. I have personally raised these concerns with Dr. Spedale, and nothing has changed. What's especially ridiculous is that patients are told to communicate by email-yet emails go unanswered. On top of that, there are times when both Dr. Spedale and the PA are out of the office simultaneously, and neither responds when staff tries to reach them. This leaves patients completely stuck with no guidance or follow-up. Healthcare is already stressful enough. A practice that ignores patients, deflects complaints, and shows no accountability is simply not worth the time or frustration. I would not recommend this office to anyone expecting basic professionalism or communication.

Dr. Heather Vihn is amazing. Helped me with my eczema & was very patient & detailed. Got my prescription meds the same day!

If you have to wait more than an hour to see a doctor please look for another doctor because by this point they are older and are planning to retire. Younger, enthusiastic doctors might not have the same experience but their compassion and humanity are higher. The first visit you get with Dr.Nigro she will reel you in but then if you decline antibiotics or medications not necessary for your face she will make you wait more than an hour to see her. A good doctor will respect you and your time. She did not do that for me. I respectfully think she should retire because her heart is not into medicine anymore. The front desk and other staff are great. They respectfully talk to you and provide help and they should definitely have a better boss. I appreciate Jaime and Angel for their warm welcome and love to all patients.

My father has a bad case of acne and he has recently had to start seeing a dermatologist. I’ve been to this office twice with my father and both times it has been the most pleasant experience. The entire staff is very very warm and friendly and they also give me free skincare so I can prevent some of the stuff my father has at his later age. Dr. Marjori is amazing she treats my father like it’s her father and nurse jamie is a pleasure as well! Very very nice and welcoming I recommend this office to anyone seeking help in any area of skin care
