North Shore Sports Therapy

I dislocated my shoulder 3 times resulting in 5 tears in my labrum and nerve damage to my Ulnar nerve on my shoulder. I got surgery and began seeing Jim to get function back. Initially, the recovery timeline for my shoulder to regain full mobility and strength was a year. After seeing Jim once a week for a couple months and seeing my orthopedic surgeon again, the timeline was sped up to only 8 months! A big reason is because of the work Jim does. He has given me so much range of motion back in my shoulder through ART and shockwave. Without his sessions I would undoubtedly be in pain and heal way slower. If you want someone to help fix your body, Jim is definitely the best person to see and he truly cares about helping his clients. Cannot recommend him enough!

I came to North Shore Sports Therapy with leg pain that was so bad I couldn’t even walk my dog. After my first session with Jim I was able to walk with minimal pain, and after a few sessions I’m finally feeling like myself again! Jim is friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain what he’s doing and how it will help. I would 100% recommend North Shore Sports Therapy to anyone dealing with pain or who wants to move better and feel stronger.

THERE IS HOPE! I am so thankful and grateful for a friend referring me to Jim. He was my last hope everywhere and everyone I had seen to try to figure out what was going on and get answers as to why I have been in so much debilitating pain was basically a dead end street. I have been suffering daily for over 4 years after enduring numerous accidents literally four-wheeling off a scenic route, flipping off go-karts FINALLY being rear-ended in a really bad car accident suffering from seat belt injuries and then a third degree burn from a heated neck pillow that malfunctioned on the base of my skull and neck which almost killed me etc. I have been trying to survive with no quality of life. THANK GOD for Jim and this place I have only been twice in 2 weeks and am already about 65% better pain wise due to Jim putting my body back together like a puzzle! He is without a doubt AMAZING AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. If you have any injuries that caused tendon, ligament damage, soft tissue or or you feel twisted or stuck inside please don't walk RUN to this guy you will feel relief after 1 session especially 2. Jim you gave me a second chance on life and both myself and my family can't thank you enough! FYI shock therapy is amazing for my shoulder etc. SIMPLY THE BEST!
