I have been coming here for years for my treatments and patient care….@ least back in 2008….Dr Louis Sloan was y original doctor God rest his soul he was a great man!!!! After Sloan passed Erin Duhaime took over my patient care she is awesome as well & was trying her best to keep Dr Sloan’s legacy going there…his emaculant patient care , his kindness & his love for his patients. Now that Erin has left even I the past month the environment has changed drastically…the receptionist is rude the young lady that was the receptionist is extremely rude …never get her name because I try to end the conversation so quick but she’s rude …she lies & she tries to play innocent like she’s not doing anything wrong. Actually both receptionist is rude…I will be making a complaint to the board & the better business bureau because it’s ridiculous how she goes back & forth with a patient with what she think is right today December 18 she went back & forth with me about a bill & my address and they have been sending it to me come to find out she didn’t even have my address correct….my past couple of visits have been horrible all because of that one receptionist along with the other one…the other one is new but the one who is rude has been there awhile now. Now that Erin is gone North Texas Infectious Diseases is going to ruin Dr Sloan’s legacy!!!!

I have been getting infusions here for over a year and a half now, and feel pretty qualified to give an unbiased review. As far as the reception staff, they are fine, not necessarily above and beyond, but they have never made any appointment mistakes or been rude, they just aren't overly friendly. By contrast, the medical team is absolutely amazing. I go every 6 weeks and for the last year I have seen the same technicians/nurses and it's always good to see a familiar, friendly face when going to do something so unpleasant. They are good at what they do, and make sure to make you comfortable and cared for while they do it. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Berhe and his nurse practitioner, Whitney,, are absolutely the most intelligent, caring people ive ever met.
