I’ve been going to Northeast Health Services for about 3 years at this point and could not recommend them enough! Honestly, if I could give them a higher rating than 5 stars, I would since they are that good! The previous therapy office I went to was okay but was not fully meeting my needs, both therapy and psychiatry-wise. So, back in 2022, I was in the market for a new mental health service to go to. One day, I met someone who had recommended Northeast Health Services to me, and they put the company in very high regard, so I decided to give them a try and have not looked back since! Thank you so much, everyone at Northeast, for all the support you’ve given me all these years! It means the world to me!

I’m so thankful this place was recommended to me. The company I was going through closed down and I hadn’t had much luck with my previous psych providers- I never felt like they cared and nothing we tried was working. I am SO grateful that I was paired with Robert as my psychiatrist. He is amazing. He is everything you could want in a psych provider. Non judgmental, easy to talk to, compassionate, realistic, actively listens. I can’t say enough good things about him. A true gem and a provider who is really doing it because they care about individuals struggling with mental health. In such a vulnerable field my experience has overall been the complete opposite- it was hard to find someone who seemed like they actually cared and didn’t come with prior stigma or judgements. Service is good, had great sessions. BUT their billing department is awful. They never respond to emails about payment questions. We made all the payments by check; they cashed them but claimed they never received them. If your health insurance doesn’t use copays and instead uses a health reimbursement account, stay away - they don’t listen and will require you to keep a credit card on file at all times.
