I was told my check in time was 9 am, checked in at 8:58 am. Then told my dr was running behind. Sat in the lobby for an hour and waited until 10:00 am for my appointment. Receptionist gaslighted me telling me my appointment wasn't until 10 am. Still waiting in the lobby to be called. My last Gastro appointment was 5 years ago at OHSU. Don't bother with this facility. Obviously their breakfast delivery of Einstein bagels was more important than my appointment.

AWFUL CLINIC. “Doctor” smith was horrible. Extremely condescending. Didn’t help me at all. Got endoscopy results and didn’t receive a message from him or any info on it for over a week til I kept messaging. They do not respond unless you send 3 messages apparently. He also sent my SIBO test to some random website that does not take my insurance and costs $200. I also didn’t find this out until a month after my appointment when I messaged, also 3 times, asking how to get my test. This office is so unbelievably unhelpful and unprofessional, it’s a total joke. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had my mid-40s colonoscopy here, and I can tell you: this team is excellent. Very good communication, positive attitudes all around, and a welcoming, calm environment. Their prep instructions were clear and detailed, making the process easy, and I felt totally at ease once I got there. After the procedure, their nursing team was empathetic and helpful during recovery. I highly recommend this practice.
