I want to share the incredible experience I’ve had at NW Ketamine infusion. Having faced trauma in my childhood, I struggle with several mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, panic attacks and chronic pain. Since starting Ketamine infusion, I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in all these areas. I was particularly surprised that it helped my chronic pain. After numerous injections from pain clinics that never worked and medications that only left me feeling sick, ketamine has been a game changer. It’s the only treatment that has effectively alleviated both my depression and my chronic pain. David, the owner is compassionate and approachable. He genuinely listens and makes me feel seen and heard throughout my treatment, he checked on me multiple times showcasing his kindness and attentiveness. The atmosphere at NW Ketamine infusion is incredibly relaxing. The treatment room is comfortable and inviting and the entire office is meticulously clean. David creates a safe and caring environment, which is essential for anyone undergoing treatment. I wholeheartedly recommend NW Ketamine infusion to anyone struggling with chronic pain or depression. David’s dedication to his patients makes a significant difference, and I believe many others will benefit from his services just as I have.

I have been extremely pleased with the treatment and communication by David at NW Ketamine Infusion. David took the time to look into my medical history, and required authorization from my psychiatric practitioner before taking me on as a patient. He also took the time to explain everything that was going on clearly, so I could understand the experience. He also doesn't sell packages, which I appreciated because I wasn't sure how the treatment would work for me. This way I have been able to assess my progress between treatments which has been helpful, and it also allows me to stop treatment at any time, without the worries about how much I paid, even though I may not want to use those pre-paid services in the future. Overall, I have been very happy with the service and care at NW Ketamine Infusion.

David and his team has gone above and beyond with my partners care when it comes to her Ketamine infusions. The place is quiet not loud, so shes able to relax, he offers comfortable movie theater chairs, and great comfortable blankets! I also love the little astronaut in his room that sets up the ambient lighting for her. Great ketamine for infusions and great person to work with! There is genuine care and love here! -Luis
