I felt dismissed during my appointment and profiled as a “healthy young adult” rather than truly heard. My blood work came back abnormal and it took over two weeks to get a response from Dr. Singhal. I expected more urgency and better follow-up. The front desk staff were kind, but overall I left feeling unsupported.

I had to come to this facility for a treatment of six visits. The staff was very nice, the facility was very clean. However, I would like to say that the nurse Catherine is one of the best nurses I have ever met. She is so compassionate, understanding and sweet. She made my six visits to this facility very smooth and enjoyable. Thank you so much for your great service!

Fantastic experience Dr Fana and Dr Nordman are amazing ! Front desk Roni and Patricia super service! So nice and easy to check in and out! Thank you Roni for calling me back asap! I have been coming to the infusion center for 6 weeks and I am completely blown out of the water with everything about this facility. All the nurses are absolutely phenomenal (I’m a RN myself so I have extremely high standards) and the nurses assistants/techs are so incredibly kind. There is a tv in each patients infusion space which can definitely help the time go by a little faster. There is a coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine in the waiting room that you can grab before you go in for your infusion. Once you’re getting your infusion, you’re offered a warm blanket, water, crackers, etc. Whether your infusion is 1 hour or 4 hours, this is a very comfortable place to be. I have been to other infusion centers before and this spot definitely tops them!

My biggest objection about this place are the 2 women who are at the reception desk. Extremely unfriendly. Never says hello never smiles. Extremely rude when I try to speak with them. I am letting the administration know please change them . The 2 Caucasian ladies. Suite 203 I have never experienced this kind of attitude in any medical facility. It’s extremely sad.
