As I read through all the message reviews that have been left, I see good messages some in between and a handful of negative ones I wonder why the only messages that are receiving responses are the positive four-star or five star messages? Slowest place ever she it take 2-4 hours waiting in line just too get screened then the workers be taking they time and be rude as ever n there 6 booth but only one be open two at the most and there be 20+ people waiting to get screen smh would be great if the staff was better and if they had better filters they cheap filters be getting clogged up so it take longer to donate then normally.

The staff are all really kind and upfront . For the amount of stuff they go through on the daily ,I know much be challenging to do. There is those who are still getting the hang of things. Each pacient is different. Having different veins and what not. Sometimes it takes a little longer then normal. My best advice would be not to wait until last minute to come in. Like right before they close to ,"avoid wait time." These folks are worked to the core due short on staff and picking up other locations slack. My only problem is I think if you get ,"stuck," regardless of the outcome ,you should get paid. Flat out. Not if you don't want to get ,"restuck,: you risk being deferred and or knocked down a tier. With all that being said that however IS NOT THE EMPLOYEE'S FAULT! BY NO MEANS.
