I had a great experience here from start to finish. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. Marissa did my laser treatment, and she was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to detail. She clearly explained the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable during the session. I’m very happy with my results so far and can already see a noticeable improvement. Jessica at the reception is also wonderful to work with. She is very attentive, responds quickly, and helps with scheduling or rescheduling appointments right away, which makes the whole experience much easier. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs on time, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering laser treatment or similar services.

I always have such a wonderful experience at Old Town Med Spa! The entire staff makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. The spa is incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and has such a calm, professional atmosphere. Dr. Shazel and Nael are both amazing — they take the time to really listen, answer questions, and explain everything so you feel confident and informed. You never feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciate. They genuinely care about their patients and want you to have the best possible results. Scheduling and communication is always super easy, and the whole team is friendly. You can tell they truly value their clients and take pride in what they do. I had an amazing dermaplaning and peel with Marissa, and I can’t say enough good things about her skills and knowledge. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely comfortable, and my skin looks and feels incredible. I will definitely be going back! I’m also part of their membership program, which is such a wonderful value. I receive a free facial on a monthly basis, plus discounts on products and services—it’s honestly one of the best programs I’ve come across. Old Town Med Spa has three locations in the city, and every facility is absolutely beautiful and spotless. The staff is always courteous, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Loved it here and highly recommend Old Town Med Spa! 💆‍♀️✨
