I have been seeing Dr Chris since September of 2025. I played sports for many years while younger.I started to have had trouble with my knees about 6 years ago. Injections were super painful and not working.I was looking into alternative ways to manage the pain. I came across Optimal Health. I made an appointment with Sandi, who is super friendly, and got treatments done that day. No down time. When I first wobbled into the office i could walk 1,500 steps a day. I am proud to say that I am up to 5,000 comfortably. Thank you Dr Chris!

Dr. Colgin It’s absolutely great! I Went to him for the shockwave therapy. I had had patellar tendon surgery and it was absolutely beneficial to my recovery. He and Sandy are absolutely wonderful! Some of things that I really appreciate about them are that they are very respectful of your time and will get you in and out quickly. Every time that I went there for my appointment, they were on schedule and ready for me. They were very reasonable on all of their pricing for their services. Their communication and reminding me of my appointments was very much appreciated. They’re very easy-going people that create a welcoming environment. Highly recommend working with them.
