I started going to Dr. Chavez about a year ago, and from the very first visit, I was impressed. He spent several hours with me, asking detailed questions, running a number of tests, and ultimately creating a personalized plan. Since then, I’ve lost 50 pounds, I am no longer pre-diabetic, and I feel better with more energy than I’ve had in years. The care doesn’t stop at the doctor’s office either—Freddy at Optimal is fantastic. He checks in with me monthly to make sure I have everything I need and that I never run out of supplements. That extra level of follow-up really makes a difference. Thanks to the team at Optimal Medical and Dr. Chavez’s thoughtful approach, my health has completely turned around. I plan to continue my care here for a long time and highly recommend them to anyone serious about improving their health.
