I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Brugman, his medical assistant Ashlyn, and the entire team. From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The scheduling process for my surgery was incredibly smooth and stress-free, which made a world of difference going into the procedure. Dr. Brugman did an outstanding job with the surgery itself, and I felt confident and well cared for every step of the way. What truly sets this team apart is the level of support throughout recovery. They have been attentive, responsive, and compassionate, consistently checking in to ensure that I am healing safely and as comfortably as possible. Knowing I had such a dedicated and knowledgeable team behind me gave me so much peace of mind. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Brugman, Ashlyn, and everyone involved in my care. I would absolutely recommend them to any friend or family member looking for excellent orthopedic care.

I had rotator cuff surgery 12/17/25 with Dr Swinehart. The surgery went well had outstanding bedside service by Dr Swinehart and his team! Post surgery I had minimal pain management for 2 days and now working on PT protocol.

This location and staff are great. From the friendly and helpful Aisha who greets you and schedules your appointments to the therapy staff. I’ve been working with physical therapist, Xavier, with assistance from Ale. Xavier is considerate and kind. He explains things and provides information/ material so I understand “homework”. I have had considerable past physical therapy and find Xavier to be especially knowledgeable and professional. Ale makes sure I complete routines/ repetitions and do them the right way. He is friendly and assures that I complete the activities of the therapy session

I was in the room waiting for a very long time for the doctor. When he came in he was not very warm or welcoming. Suggested I wait another month of doing exercises before getting a steroid shot to help my pain, basically insinuating that I would not do the exercises if I didn’t feel the pain. He kept saying I could “but…”. Ultimately I chose to proceed with the shot. I had questions that were very dismissed and short answered. He didn’t even state when the appointment was over just got up and walked out while finishing a sentence so I didn’t hear the end of it. I had to go into the hall to ask if I was good to leave. I feel like if there are options to help me they should be offered. I will be going elsewhere.
