Hands down completely change me and my life around thanks to the amazing staff and environment! I would 100% recommend a thousand times over again! They are so compassionate and you can really tell they care for their jobs and clients! Thank you to each and everyone! For the first time in my life I felt heard and I felt human. My family were at the Atlanta clinic early this week. So thankful that the staff were very accommodating and flexible to help my son with his testing. Could not be more be any more thrilled!

Admissions was the best part of the process. The residential facility is full of flies. The staff is dismissive, untrained and unprofessional. The program is between 28-30 days so the staff says issues are being worked on however the same issues persist. Some clients/patients have been multiple times proving that the counseling/therapy is sub-par. Several times the food was raw. If you have an option do not choose this for yourself or your loved one.

Peachtree Wellness Solutions employs the most caring and compassionate staff! The bht’s and nurses are some of the best in the field and you can tell they care immensely about the wellbeing and recovery of their clients.

I was at Peachtree Wellness Solutions for a week in residential before leaving AMA, and my experience was very disappointing. No real therapy – I never even had a proper therapy session during my entire stay. The only contact I had with “my therapist” was a less than 10-minute phone call to my mom while she was in the room. For a place that markets itself as offering intensive residential treatment, this was completely unacceptable. Food was unsafe and poorly handled – They claimed they could accommodate my vegan diet, but on the first day I was given nothing but a freezer-burnt frozen meal. A few days later I was actually served moldy food and ate half of it before realizing. When I raised the issue, instead of taking accountability, they tried to gaslight me. The director even said I was blaming the techs, but I made it clear I was holding Peachtree Wellness Solutions responsible since they contract with the catering company. Still, they refused to accept responsibility. Unhelpful, elementary groups – The groups were surface-level and offered little therapeutic value. At one point, a therapist told the group that if you tell yourself you’re depressed, you’ll be depressed—because one time he “manifested” the flu by saying he had it. This is insulting and dismissive to people struggling with real mental health conditions. Staff were unprofessional and demeaning – The majority of the techs were mean, condescending, and treated patients like they were inmates rather than people seeking care. Many of them seemed on a power trip. In particular, Dre was by far the most condescending and rude staff member I encountered. Overall, I did not feel safe, respected, or supported here. Between the lack of actual therapy, unsafe food, unhelpful groups, and hostile staff, I would not recommend Peachtree Wellness Solutions to anyone truly seeking help. Also the pictures are not up to date and do not reflect the house they have you stay in. There are helpful residentials out there, PWS is not one of them.
