Such an awesome experience at Perspire! This is such a beautiful and relaxing space. I really enjoyed my infrared sauna service, which I discovered on ClassPass. The room was very peaceful. It was nice to listen to the spa music inside of the sauna. Thank you to Bianca and team for your hospitality! Pro Tips: - Parking is limited, so plan ahead - Drink lots of water before, during and after your service

Just a wonderful experience all-around! Wis and the rest of the staff are the best. Each private room has its own sauna, dressing area, and TV with surround sound. The chilled eucalyptus towels are a gorgeous touch.

This review is solely for my one-time experience. I found the facility to be very clean and well-organized. The personal TV is a nice touch. However, I personally don’t see myself getting a membership. I feel the 40-minute session is too long. I would prefer a 20-25 minute session at a higher temperature and a lower monthly cost. The real reason for my 5-star rating is their front desk employee, Zoe. She is an absolute superstar! She is welcoming, informative, and after the session, she tried to sell me on future visits, but she wasn’t overly pushy. As a small business owner myself, I would be thrilled to have an employee treat the business as if it was their own.

I purchased a gift certificate for my wife at this Perspire location and was specifically told it could be used at other locations. When my wife tried to redeem it outside of Santa Monica (we don’t live in LA), we were told the exact opposite — that it was only valid here. No refund, no accountability, and zero willingness to make it right. They changed their story after taking my money and refused to stand behind what they promised. That’s not an honest business practice — it’s misleading and feels like a scam. If a business needs to keep someone's money that badly after giving wrong information, it really says a lot about the integrity of the ownership. Shame on them. We will never return and will be sharing our experience with others.

My most frequented sanctuary. The staff is attentive and kind. I appreciate all of the media in the rooms, plus the saunas are big!
