In an effort to stay healthy and vibrant at the young age of 66, I tried the infrared sauna with red light therapy. The staff at Perspire on PCH in the South Bay was awesome! Super nice, courteous and knowledgeable. Loved the whole experience! Very clean environment and wonderful! I’ll be back!

Nice individual personal rooms to do everything - change clothing, store your stuff, do your sauna session and watch YouTube or Netflix with a choice of Red Light Therapy. They also have towels for you including a cool eucalyptus scented towel for the end plus a very friendly and informative staff. My first time using a sauna and a very good experience. Can adjust the temperature too.

easy pezy! Love my me time, so good! User Rachel Overs I love how easy it is to visit, from the app that is so efficient and easy to use to the employees that greet me and have the suite already for me. The private suite is perfect with a Big screen TV provided with bluetooth speakers in suite. I enjoy watching Netflix and Utube also provided with the membership. The infrared red lights and other colored lights are awesome. The 40 min session is a well needed time for me to relax while detoxing. I appreciate the in suite private towel service and floor mat which tops off this very special experience.

I was so excited about this place opening up near my house. I was going to the Korean Spa, going to places with sauna pods, and using my neighbor's sauna sometimes (obviously, I love a good detox). This is definitely an elevated/private experience. It can be as active or calm as you want your 40mins to be. All the rooms are private and clean. The equipment is brand new and built beautifully. I watched a short intro video to get familiar with the equipment. You'll never get bored in your session. The TV offers cool stretching videos, mediation, scenic tours, sound baths, and so much more. If that isn't up your alley you can watch a show or play some music. After you exit the sauna you can wipe yourself down with a cooling eucalyptus towel, get dressed, and leave renewed. The reception is full of amenities and drinks to refuel and hydrate or make your experience even better. The best part is you don't have to do laundry! All the towels are provided and you drop them off on your way out!
