Dr. McCalister, HANDS DOWN, knows what he’s doing in EVERY aspect of the surgery to the healing process to the wound care to on call nurses to help with anything I’d need to referring me to a fantastic physical therapy place. I’ve had to deal with ankle surgery before and the difference is NIGHT AND DAY. If you need a new ankle? I know a guy. I’ll add photos once it’s completely healed, but it’s doing good so far.

Fantastic visit. Never felt any pain. It was amazing. Had to get the Cortizone shot, as I’m 10 years postop, but I have arthritis. The shot helped tremendously, but the best…was seeing Dr. McAlister Perform his magic. Thank you so much, Dr.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. McAlister and his entire team. I underwent bilateral Lapiplasty, and from the very first consultation, he explained everything thoroughly and clearly. He took all the time needed to answer every single question I had and never once made me feel rushed. In fact, at every appointment, he consistently left the room after I did — which may sound small, but it speaks volumes about how present, patient, and attentive he is. My surgery went beautifully, and I was honestly amazed at how manageable the recovery has been. My post-op discomfort was at most a level 3 — far less than I anticipated. I felt completely prepared going in because he walked me through exactly what to expect, and everything unfolded just as he said it would. On the day of surgery, the entire team was top notch. From check-in, to pre-op nurses, to the anesthesiologist — every single person was professional, kind, reassuring, and incredibly competent. The whole experience felt organized, calm, and genuinely caring. This was truly an amazing, positive experience from start to finish. I am so grateful for the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend him without hesitation.
